Quick-release fairleads are installed at the exit of a cam cleat. They feature angled, low-friction stainless-steel wire guides that lead the rope away from the cleat to prevent accidental jamming during maneuvers.
They are ideal for applications requiring quick rope release, particularly when dropping the spinnaker while rounding a mark.
