Ballasted Buoy
The pouch, equipped with a removable bag and hook-and-loop closure, allows you to add ballast (using stones, pebbles, etc.). It also serves to store excess mooring line, preventing any risk of snagging on the rudder or centerboard as the buoy is passed. Bottom handle for anchoring the mooring line.
